Focusing on relaxation and deep restoration, Jeremy's approach is to get to the root of most problems--stress. Through exploring poses, breath-work and meditation, we can eliminate stress and stored tension in the body to experience our inherent wholeness

Jeremy teaches private, group and corporate classes both in person and virtually. His curriculum includes hatha, vinyasa, yin and restorative yoga. He emphasizes postural alignment, fluidity and deep diaphragmatic breathing in poses.
Jeremy has a unique teaching style that allows his students to embrace the spiritual aspects of this ancient tradition. The discipline and flexibility that you cultivate on the mat carries into your life and allows you to live with more grace, ease and flow.

EMPOWERED REST
YOGA NIDRA
Yoga Nidra is yoga's sister practice of stillness and deep rest. It was developed by ancient sages as a systematic practice to reach ones optimal human potential.
It is a sleep-based meditation designed to calm the mind, and rejuvenate the body. 45 minutes of Nidra is as restorative as 3 hours of sleep. Yoga Nidra is composed of a systematic series of breath, body and awareness techniques which lower you into deeper brainwave states. From here, the body can deeply heal and rejuvenate. You eliminate excess mental stimulation and awaken energized and focused.
